BEAST’s Lee Gikwang is in the cast for SBS’ variety show program, “Law in The Jungle”.
The program’s representatives announced to the media on June 30 that Gikwang will be included in the the cast for an expedition to Solomon Islands.
Gikwang will accompany another idol, namely EXO’s Tao in the same expedition, along with the other cast members Kim Byungman Ryu Dam, Park Jungchul, Dana, and Kim Taewoo.
Fans could not wait to see Gikwang’s survival skill as he has shown his athletic skill previously in other variety show programs like KBS’ “Cool Kiz on The Block” and MBC’s “Idol Championship”. At the same time, fans are also concerned about whether or not he could survive, given his seafood allergy.
Meanwhile, Gikwang’s agency, Cube Entertainment, has yet to confirm the idol’s participation in the show.
“Its true that Gikwang is being casted. But we are currently discussing matching his schedule,” an agency representative said to MyDaily.
The episode features an expedition to Solomon Islands is set to air in August.
